I know little to nothing about Landrum, and I believe this will be the first matchup between the two schools. From what I have seen on film, it looks like they run a double wing offense, with a lot of pulling and trapping. Everybody knows Newberry is going to look to hand the ball off to their big RB KJ Robinson and let him run behind a big offensive line. If they crowd the box, Newberry does have weapons outside with 6'4 Zack Chalmers and his 15 D1 offers leading the way. Chalmers also returns kicks and punts, and has multiple punt return TD on the season.
I expect this to be a quick game with both teams running the ball a lot.

Re: Landrum at Newberry
I don't think Newberry will have much trouble
with them.Landrum beat my 96 Wildcats 36-6
but we had 12 players out that game.we had
several turnovers.i don't know if 96 would have
won if all their players were there but it would
have been a close game.

I hope you are right. I really wish we would get back to playing 96, I always felt like it could have become a rivalry game of sorts.
Best of luck to y'all in the playoffs. Maybe we will both win out and will meet up.
