It was great seeing SF Band dad last week and we truly appreciated him buying us dinner last week. But I am kind of disappointed to see that he hasn't posted on here congratulating Beaufort on the BIG WIN over his Bruins. I always come on here and eat my crow after a Beaufort loss and always congratulate the winning team. What's up with that SF Band dad? . Hey SF Band dad, I truly appreciated you congratulating me in person. But a lot of posters on here including me was hoping that you would have congratulated Beaufort on SCPREPTALK especially after saying that your Bruins was going to take Beaufort to the Woodshed. I had quite a few posters on here texting me that they couldn't believe that you haven't posted Congrats to Beaufort on here. I told them that you are a good person and would post the Congrats on here but after almost a week I couldn't believe that you didn't post anything about the game. SCPREPTALK is a place where you talk smack about the games in all good fun but then you are supposed to come on here after the game and post some good thoughts win or lose about the other teams.

I see that me "turning the other cheek" to the topic attacking me our coaches and students has been misinterpreted by some here. I won't make that mistake again.

Congratulations to the Beaufort Eagles. They have talent, are well coached and made almost no mistakes that I could see. They seemed largely unaffected by the cold, wind and rain. They were clearly the better team last Friday night.

See, that wasn't so hard to do. Thank you for the kind words. When you come on a message board and talk big smack, you have to be ready to eat big crow. We all have had to do that at times, and it never tastes good going down. I meant no disrespect to anyone, especially student athletes who give their all for their team. Perhaps some of my sentiments could have been worded better, but the extasy felt after that big win after the disparaging remarks about our team, our schedule, and the other teams that we played, I felt it appropriate to serve up a big platter just for you. I will offer you an online handshake, and let bygons be bygons. I harbor no ill feelings towards you if you accept. Delete that thread if it bothers you that much. I am moving on to the North Augusta game and am looking no farther than that. And if that isn't good enough for you, then you will have to continue holding that hate in your heart. I have found my peace, and it is wonderful. Have a great day.

Thanks so much for finally posting about the South Florence at Beaufort 1st round playoff game SF Band dad! I know that many posters on here, Beaufort fans, and Myself are so happy that you posted the Congrats to Beaufort and ate your Crow. I really appreciate it.
