let the games begin. The right coach could provide a legitimate match for TK and DF

I agree. I would imagine the applications will be endless.

Remember, the AD also is retiring..... it will be interesting how this is handled.

Will the NEW AD be hired and then a coach or does the current AD hire before he leaves?

I'd go big with a proven HC winner, but that's me

Football in the State of SC will miss coach Gutshall. Great coaches and good men do not just fall off of the trees. Hopefully Dorman finds the right people to fill the huge void left in their athletic dept.
The "Godfather" didn't whine like The "Slobfather" is doing, when he got INDICTED!!!!!

Be interesting to see who they hire. Would almost be surprised if they hire from within. With the recent rise of Spartanburg, and with Dorman so used to being in the upper echelon of 5A football, they don't have much margin for error. I'd expect to see a successful sitting head coach. Maybe they go to NC (as they did with Gutshall) as those coaches seem to be easy pickings because of better pay in SC. Or maybe they go to Georgia. There will be no shortage of applicants, that's for sure.
