Had this 1972 Pontiac Trans Am 455 HO in the late 1980's. This is another on my list of "wish I still had this one" cars.

The car my dad helped my buy for my senior year at Northwestern. Purchased in Sep 1977. Turns out it is actually a rare paint color - Champaign. Never modified. Always stock. Sold it in early 1982 to pay for my honeymoon. Now....no longer have either her or the car. I miss that car!!!!1969 Camaro RS pic 1.jpg1969 Camaro RS pic 2.jpg

Nice! Those were the rave cruising the boulevard on Saturday nights. I've owned several different models during my lifetime, the 69' model has been my favorite. Currently own a 2011 SS, it has all the 69' retro designs.

The driver is Bruce Brantley. The guy standing beside the car is my Uncle Jack, who was the lead mechanic in their partnership. This picture was taken in 1965, shortly before Uncle Jack and 2 of the names on the front fender (1 was Bruce’s brother) were killed in a car wreck on I-85 just outside of Atlanta. Both Bruce and Uncle Jack are in Georgia’s Racing Hall of Fame. I have the original photo.
