Worst Team in 5A?

Man, only one team hasn’t scored a single point this year.
I was curious about Boiling Springs. Clearly they’re not a good team this year.

But Stall! It’d be cool to have a Stall fan talking smack on the board.

I think Boiling Springs goes 0-4 in region play this year.

According to MaxPreps' rankings it is Stall by a wide margin. In fact, they are ranked 217th out of the 255 SC HSL and SCISA schools that play football.

They had better athletes than wando.
They need some coaching and a culture change in football thinking .
Wando pretty damn bad.stall held them at 4 and out . They just executed a bit better.

But doesn’t Wanda have like a 1000 more students than stall. To me it’s still Wanda just based on what they do with so much to choose from. They should be a monster with their size and money. Honorable mention goes to Rock Hill this year .

I just wonder why we have a 5A to begin with, lot of bad teams in football. Lots of really good football in 4A. I wish we would go back to only having 4 classes.

Stall has no business being at the 5A Level ...
Stall always has a few good athletes.
And the last few years a decent offense but when you're defense gives up
40-50 points a game ...you're not going far....
As for this year's Wando team... They have some size and are pretty stout on Defense but
When you have no offense the points start adding up later in the game.
And the bigger question for me is when the center keeps bouncing the ball back to
The QB why do you not change something?
Wando split 2 years ago and the split school Lucy Beckham beat them in game 1 on the 1st try....
Plus you have Oceanside and Phillip Simmons over there now...
So things will only get worse for Wando the next few years....

These threads are tuff because you basically call out the players when you should first start at the top!! It was a time mid 90's to Byrnes could have been considered this team! I think Coach Bentley first 3 years he only won like 3 or 4 games! So anything is possible with right resources !
