WF and SF control their own fate, win and they're region champs, lose and they are runner-up.
Hartsville can secure 3rd place with a win.

After that, things get a little murky. Two scenarios result in 3-way ties that are not resolved by head-to-head wins. We are trying to verify what the region 6 tie-breaking rules are.
