Guys, I am really enjoying watching this team play. I just stumbled on a nice Hudl highlight video on Twitter. Until a few minutes ago, I wasn't following this young man. I am now.

Our starting running back received a hard hit that removed his helmet in the first quarter. I saw him on the sidelines afterward and he looked fine, but the coaches and/or trainers decided to not put him back in. (We were up 21-0 at that point.) Sophomore RB Raliegh Jett went in to carry the load, he ended the night with 185 yds and 2TDs.

The young man has talent, and one of those is following his blocks. I'm not sure which is more impressive, his running or the holes our O-line was creating for him.

I could make the case that if south Florence were in 5A they would be representing the lower state in the state championship as well and would have a legit shot at winning it. Clearly you have a sorry program that you follow and instead of backing them because they probably suck you just continue to hate on others. It’s kind of old.

We were "bursting at the seams" because the district didn't build enough elementary and middle schools, and no high schools, for 30 years. Not because of some recent burst of population. The city's population grew by 18% from 2000 to 2010, resulting in over-crowded schools with a lot of mobile classrooms. However, for the last 10 years growth only averaged 0.7% per year.

You keep saying the district fudged the numbers, do you have any proof?

Playing in your correct classification based off your actual enrollment (not skewed because of your own agenda) is what makes teams legit. Didn’t say they sucked, said they aren’t competing where they are supposed to and you are an idiot to think they would make it past the likes of Ft. D, DF, Sville, etc.

Pay attention. 4 Horry County schools increased in size, that allowed the HSL to create a 5A-6 region without including the smaller schools in Florence County. We didn't move down, they raised the cut-off point. There are fewer schools in 5A this realignment.
