Conway begins interviews this week

Jody is not a candidate. Only names I’ve heard is Hunter Spivey and somebody from Dutch Fork.

Any names on the Dutch Fork coach that may have applied? I know there’s at least one Conway alum on staff there.

I have no doubt there is! Just haven’t heard any names. I don’t think he gets it but there’s some that want Hunter Spivey because he’s an alumni but I know many that know it’s time to go in a different direction. I heard a coach from DF applied but haven’t been able to confirm if it was Knotts or an assistant. I know he applied 6 years ago but we had a rigged search because of the situation with Coach Jordan.

I've heard that they want a coach with a tradition of building a "program" not just a football team. Something that has a solid foundation and reaching way past Friday nights.

They know that they have the foundation to be a contender for the Region championship on a recurring and regular basis! I think this will be a hire for a coach to spend a very long time in the position!
