I’ve been telling y’all for years how bad the administration is at Conway. People think I’m crazy but now they’re figuring it out. That’s why I and many others quit supporting altogether. Until there’s a housecleaning nothing will change. If anyone read the article about Jody rejecting Conway’s offer it will tell you dumb the process was! One round of interviews with a committee and vote. Ridiculous! It was a rigged search again and it backfired. That’s why they’re restarting the process.
