Does it seem like more kids are transferring schools than normal?

They are just open about the "transfers" these days. In the past, this was all just clandestine recruiting payoffs by (everyone knows the schools/coaches involved) the have's to maintain an advantage over the have-nots.
The "Godfather" didn't whine like The "Slobfather" is doing, when he got INDICTED!!!!!
