Yes I did answer the Boxes, or tried to. I do know him and is very smart. I do think he took the Airport Job which is much more than one person can fix as AD and HFC. Which may have been not as smart, but more people that coach I would think have confidence in them selves, so i can understand it. Not sure if the Mauldin is AD and HFC, that is a hard job these days. Lots of sports to keep up with. I think Coach Cook will do great. That Picture I saw on Twitter, shows he is already amping up the recruiting game! Mauldin is in good hands! The Answer wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 4:58 pmstill waiting for the boxes that needed checked....there were some very good coaches apply there believe it or not....I hope Cook does wonders, but he was the 4th choice, that equals a problem, is he equipped to fix them or deal with them.

It’s themselves not them selves .
He is not going to be AD at Mauldin
His twitter fed shows nothing but Airport photos .
So if he doesn’t listen to you he may very well do fine.
Oh and since you know him so well what high school did he attend?

Cook will do well at Mauldin. Solid fan support, great location, solid athletes. I praise any coach that is willing to bet on himself and accept a challenge. Regardless of what county a coach is in, structure is the key to building any program. I will say though, the schedule that he has inherited is a meat grinder.

Thanks for the Grammar lesson! And again you were right it was the Mauldin twitter feed, and I really don't care where he went to High School, if you know great! I'm so glad you are showing all you know on a chat room. Typical! HAHA. He will do great.Hayes Cooper wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 2:44 pmIt’s themselves not them selves .

Seems that way

Tough job. Little, if any, real help from the district. And the school doesn’t seem to be serious about doing all they can to be being competitive at the 5A level. We will see, but unless he finds a way to recruit at the Greenville High level, it will be a struggle
