Beaufort's Offense led by QB Samari Bonds looked really good in this game. I thought that Bonds had one of his best games overall after having his worst game last week against Hilton Head. He looked good running and throwing the football. What a weapon that Beaufort RB Jadyn Andrews has become!!!! Andrews had 2 TD'S in this game and he has really looked awesome these last few weeks. He had a lot of runs in this game where he carried the whole Gators Defense on his back.
. Beaufort's WR'S led by a 25 yard TD Reception by Jaemin Odom looked great in this game also. Plus Beaufort's Offense had 0 Turnovers in this game.Beaufort's Defense led by Will Codding had a good game. They gave up a few yards and big plays but all in all a good game.
I think that Beaufort is the best 2-2 team in the State. The Eagles could be 4-0 right now if they didn't fall apart in the 4th Quarter of their first 2 games of the Season. But they still played tough against 5A Teams Cane Bay and Fort Dorchester. That was a great win last week by Beaufort over a very good Hilton Head Team. Hilton Head beat Wilson 43-0 this week.
On another note, Before the Game My Family and I ate at Montana's in Goose Creek. It was awesome!!!! I would highly recommend eating there if you have never been. The wait for the food was a little long but it was definitely worth it.
I am so happy after this Big Win over the Goose Creek Gators!!!! Beaufort should definitely be a force in 3A Football again this season. Next up is HUGE GAME against County Rival May River next week. It should be one of the best games in the State I think next week. It doesn't matter the record of the Teams in this Clash. The Game between Beaufort and May River seems to always come down to the last play. I can't wait for this game!!!! It should be a great game to watch.
