Thanks so much to Mikey and the other Gaffney posters for letting us know about Chief O, Chief Whoa, and the other Gaffney posters that used to post on here a lot. I am so glad to see that Chief Whoa still goes to the Indian Games. I do miss them posting on here.

I remember those tailgates across from the old high school well and meeting many great fans from our rivals. To make us all feel old, that little wild son of mine is now a 30yo dad of an 8yo & 2yo.

That old station that was doing car stereo installations had quite a few memories for me as well. I would show up in my Byrnes gear and all those old guys we mentioned (especially remember CHIEF O and his overalls) would be there and we'd share a few crazy stories and talk football for a while and then head inside and watch what usually would be a great game.

We have food trucks at fort games sea food all kinds of stuff.
Crab shack dead in front of fort a half a mile Gilligan's off of ladson .
Steel city is close they are not bad .make a turd food is all over.
If you are arriving very early you can venture
To mt pleasant or West ashley but traffic is a sob.
Nigels good food isn't far lot of at hime soul food.
