You answered your own question.... "MAKE SENSE" & "SCHSL"
It's kind of like oil and water, they don't mix well.
.
Don't fret Injuns. If TK has anything to do with it, the Upper State Title Game will likely be at Gaffney...ha.mikey wrote: ↑Mon Oct 16, 2023 11:09 amEHSMeanGreen wrote: ↑Mon Oct 16, 2023 9:35 amYou are correct mikey.mikey wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 10:26 pmI get it..still sure makes Hanna seem like a 1 seed to me..been told I’m a little hard headed though..Rebel-Fan-74 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:07 pm5A doesn't do "seeding" and the #1 would always host, or a #2 would host a #3 or a #4. Now if two #1 seeds or two #2 seeds meet, there is a pre-determined HOME team on the bracket for each place where that possibility exists.

If #1 Gaffney and #1 T L Hanna were to play for Upper State, it would be at T L Hannaheck it’s something I shouldn’t even be thinking about..we might still end up a 3 seed..
Because of the way the predetermined bracket falls this year.
T.L. Hanna is essentially the #1 seed in the Upper State part of the bracket.
Wonder why they didn’t have the at large playing whoever is on that line..doesn’t that make the most sense ? same for LS..but it’s SCHCL..
If stratford loses to Berkeley tonight region 6 is over.Rebel-Fan-74 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 20, 2023 2:16 pmTwo teams are REGION CHAMPIONS after last night's games:
White Knoll is 4-0 and they are done for the Region Regular Season
Carolina Forest is 3-0 and holds the tiebreaker on the only team that has any possible chance to match them at 3-1 (Sumter) so Carolina Forest's game against St James doesn't change anything, win or lose.
Region One, T. L. Hanna is 3-0 and holds the tie-breakers against Hillcrest and J. L. Mann so they wrapped it up last week.
Region Two comes down to Byrnes-Gaffney and if Dorman wins tonight against Gaffney, it could come down to all three of them next week.
Region Three is all on the line when Rock Hill and Clover get together.
Region Six is still all up to Goose Creek as long as they keep going, but in reality, four teams still have a chance to win, but that quickly gets down to two teams after tonight.
Region Seven is down to Fort Dorchester and Summerville with Ashley Ridge still hanging on if they manage to beat the Green Weenies tonight.
Hey Reb, is this based on current or projected?? If GC wins, Stratford would be the 3 seed based on their loss to Cane Bay.
Projected
