Bruins' Prince earns Coach of the Year

FLORENCE, S.C. — South Florence coach David Prince enjoyed one of the most successful seasons in his coaching career in 2013.
In his second year as head coach of the Bruins, Prince led South to its first unbeaten regular season and first region title. South finished the year at 12-1 and Prince reaped the rewards for the most successful season in school history. Prince was named Class 4A lower state coach of the year last month and is this year’s Morning News Coach of the Year.
