I grew up listening to "Leonard's Losers" ever Saturday morning on the radio. Gene's imitation would be so much better if he wasn't such a "homer"!

He's a Homer, because he didn't pick Beaufort to win. ? Who do you pick to win the South Pointe game? Northwestern game? I disagree with his clover game and York game pick, but that's my opinion and you have yours! I agree with his pick for the Beaufort game.

No, he is a "Homer" because he ALWAYS picks Rock Hill area teams. As for this week's Beaufort game, he is correct. My "opinion" is based upon years of listening to his pick, not just about this week, or any other week in particular. I also believe that Northwestern is going to win Class 4A this year. Taking nothing away from South Florence or any number of other very good football teams.

I listen to it most every week and while he doesn't pick all the Rock Hill teams every week, the times he picks against them is few and far between.... but he works for WRHI and you expect it. Just like Rob Brown for the Rebels Radio broadcast or that goofy guy for the Vikings, Ryan Clary who freaks out if a call doesn't go the Vikings way... They are not FOX NEWS or ESPN who are "supposed" to be neutral broadcasters.

Gene does his picking with an obvious bias which is the textbook definition of a "HOMER" and he is earning a paycheck to do just that!
