He did it wrong, Slick. Would have told that Camden QB there was a dozen Krispy Kremes in the end zone...two point conversion converted. Problem Solved.
They call the DF senior QB "Biscuit"...the Camden QB had to be "Biscuits and Gravy"...feed that boy.

Against a team with deeper talent, you go for the win there. If you have better talent, you keep playing. It was the right idea. And its best to not get too cute in that situation. How often did he put the ball in his QBs hands when it was time to get a big play and everyone knew it? Gotta dance with who brung ya.
