See where MVP, not more than a month old as a new school, is already going before the SCHSL Executive Committee for sanction relief. Wonder what rule they've already broken?
Not shocked
OK Dub/Mikey, which team(s) do you think MVP will have the biggest negative impact on there locally?

Fear The Fox....
Considering they’ve already taken players from Dorman BS
Broome woodruff Chapman and Greenville that we know of.
All of those schools are fair game. I could see a scenario where basically the region 2 5A all star team is playing there.
Gaffney Greer landrum Byrnes eastside riverside Spartanburg chesnee are all in the crosshairs.
Good point. It's a good location and if the bells and whistles are bright enough and they get attention and the team is even moderately successful- could be trouble for those Region 2 teams.

Just what I used to say about Spartanburg Day School if they had wanted to make Athletics a priority.

Not in trouble..they are suing someone because the foothills conference wouldn’t let their middle school teams join..
Wrong on the not in trouble part. Got fined $600, lost a practice and scrimmage, and head coach and an assistant suspended first two regular season games. Some players helped the asst coach with a youth camp during the dead week which is illegal. Players can't be around coaches during the dead week.
some know

They only got one player from us, a kid whose entire family are Woodruff born and raised and have members of his family in our HOF. He was a rising junior who had never played a snap of varsity football at Woodruff.
And on the eighth day, God created the Woodruff Wolverines

You might be right..these kids got no loyalty anymore..and that is sad..a lot of it is Daddy’s..We had a very good #2 tailback transfer to Crest after they beat us last year.I’m guessing it was over playing time, but I really don’t know..He went on to have a very good year for the Chargers..think he made all conference..guess it is what it is as Yogi would say..Gaffney will still line up and play ball.. 8-)
