What is your opinion on NFHS Broadcast. Good? Bad?

Post by 5thqtr »

Indifferent to it?
Good?
Bad?

I could imagine it hurts some schools gates. But, as someone that often gets out of work after 5 pm and can't make away games "like that"; I appreciate it "sometimes"!

Wondering what others think. You like it? Or no?

It would be better if they could plug in the radio broadcast and let you hear the game being called we used it a couple of years ago when I was working 12 hours and didn’t get home til almost 8 for away games

It depends on production...
Spartanburg has radio audio in sync and looks decent...

Mallard Creek had a live camera pointing at their 50 for 3.5 hours Sat morning promoting the SPARTANBURG VS MALLARD CREEK from Broome....

So to me it's worth it to go back during off-season but some schools don't make the effort.

It’s OK. Worth ordering for football season. Only issue that I am having with it is that it seems that every year there are less, and less schools that want to fool with it.

Could That Be Because They Are Seeing A Negative Impact At The Gate & No Return On Broadcasting Their game? Or At least; Not Enough.

I don’t think it would have much of an impact on the gate. Folks that are interested enough to watch on NFHS are going to go to the game unless they are physically unable. I doubt the schools make anything off of it, so I figure many just don’t want to fool with it.

I love it....Spartanburg games have the radio station included in the broadcast. If i'm out of town i can still watch the games on my laptop or phone. I normally attend a lot games but if i want to watch it later, they have a On Demand section. It's worth $79 to me.
