Union County @ Newberry
I left with Newberry up 33-0 with 7 minutes left in the 3rd. Apparently Newberry scored again in the time it took to get across town.

Total offense
Newberry 323
Union 148 (100 yards in the 2nd half)
Still a long way to go for the Bulldogs. Got to clean up the penalties and turnovers.

The state of Union football is sad. Facilities and support from administration may be among the worst in the state. They certainly don’t do what needs to be done to be amongst the better teams.

It really is bad. I’m shocked by how the people of Union have allowed the program to fall like this.
Re: Union County @ Newberry
The Union fans themselves have actually lowered their expectations to they will only be good every so often when a group of special players come through. You’d think that the HC could develop by having middle school and youth under their program. Nope. There are people in high positions that don’t do what needs to be done to win at a high level. They don’t give any coach a chance to succeed unless those special players do come along.
