Dude what are you on? You really have JL Mann finishing first in the region, with TL Hanna at four?! Before you come at me yes I understand Mann is better than they use to be, I’ve heard they’ve got some guys transferring in, but TL Hanna has a good bit of guys returning next year, Hillcrest will be good too, I heard the McFadden kid is coming up here to Gville but Hillcrest still has some dudes. Mann could win region but to publicly say There going to win it is bold. And to have Mauldin has the two seed? I get they have a new coach best of luck to him, but really? They don’t have much talent. If Jl Mann wins the region and Mauldin finishes second I’m going to scratch a lottery ticket and wait for the Lord to return ha. No offense to those programs, I think they’ll be good eventually but to have them over hanna is just laughable.

Hey, you almost talked yourself into J L Mann in your reply.... I figured I'd get some discussions with these projections and as we get closer, I may think differently.

For region two. I see Boling springs getting better, not saying they’ll win region but I’ve heard they’ve got a talent wave coming through. Who knows

There may be some improvement in Boiling Springs, but that Region is so tough that the last place team might be considered a favorite in another Region.

I was very close on Region II, 1 and 2 correct and 3,4 & 5 all were tied.... and unlike most of you TURKEYS at least I put my picks out there to be ridiculed.

That tie breaker is weird for Region 2…always heard it was known as the Gutshall rule…I’d be curious to hear what other Regions use…anyone?

Interesting that he somehow picked Spring Valley to win their region. They were bad last year, and the worst 5 A team in the state this year.

Picking Mauldin to finish 2nd in their region? They have been awful, are awful, and will continue to be awful.

Maudlin is another one of those schools..
Loaded w kids.
Loaded w Athletes.
Any time they get a coach and get close he's fired or quits.

If someone ever gets them goin they have the kids. I lived over there for 5 years and the folks around that school love that team, the student section is always there.
I guess it boils down to pay. It isn't cheap to get someone to overhaul a program.

There's no reason Maudlin shouldn't be as good as Hillcrest & Mann at the very least.
