I believe you need to win at least 2 of your next 3 to make the playoffs.
(will have to check 3-way tie scenarios?)

at South Florence *
Sumter *
at Carolina Forest *

Good Luck.

I projected Summerville to win out with your mark-off games as Stratford and Berkeley.

"In this Bracket", (Dorman beating Byrnes)
Summerville could get a 7 seed "IF" you win out and Berkeley gets to 6 wins.
This would change your mark-offs to Stratford and Goose Creek.

If Byrnes beats Dorman, and Berkeley gets to 6 wins.
I believe that you would tie Dorman in points but beat them on "Opponents Wins".

Your seed could also improve:
1. Hillcrest loses Region 1 (Westside)
2. Dutch Fork loses Region 4 (Westwood)
3. White Knoll loses Region 5 (North Augusta)

Good Luck.

We have to get an automatic bid to get in. Should be 2-0 but made to many mistakes at WF. Not saying we will win this week but I'd be concerned giving up 49 to CF.

Thanks for the projection along with the different possibilities for Summerville EHS. Hopefully we can hold up on our end. I have faith that we will...

I expect them to update the 4A handbook (at some point) to reflect the latest enrollment numbers that we have.
I agree, that is what they've done in the past, but usually they get it done much earlier than this.

West Ashley out of Big 16 - 24th in enrollment will likely fall to Division II

Rock Hill moves into Big 16 - 14th in enrollment
White Knoll moves into Big 16 - 16th in enrollment
Yes, those changes are correct, IF the official, final list that has been sent out to the schools isn't corrected.

No adjustments or challenges were made by the schools to the raw numbers provided by the Dept of Education. Do the students at Spring Hill HS in D5 of Lexington-Richland no longer participate in athletics at Dutch Fork, Irmo and Chapin? The Spring Hill website indicates they do. Similarly, what about the students at Charleston School of Art? I believe that Dutch Fork and West Ashley dropped out of the Big-16 due to a change in the process, not because of an real drop in membership.

Schools with Dutch Fork on their schedule should be considering challenging these numbers.

No matter what the rankings turn out to be, I am hoping for Northwestern, Spartanburg, and Goose Creek to all be the D1 brackets.

Everyone is expecting this to be the best playoff in memory, so why not group pretty much "everyone" together.

No matter what, however, the goal is "survive and advance". You can only play the games one at a time against the team that lines up against you.

This is going to be a great next few weeks of football!!!!

In region 7
Cane bay controls their destiny.
look for Cane bay to win out and take the 3 spot and don't be surprised to see James Island over Wando for the 4 spot.

That sounds very reasonable.
Those are a couple of projections that I seriously considered.
Thanks.

Will punch those in later to see what they look like.

You guys have seen some of these lower state teams in person,
so you probably have a better idea than I do from just looking at scores.

3A - Region 8 will have an affect on a handful of teams points.
Berkeley, Beaufort, Hanahan, Hilton Head.
Who gets to 6 wins? :?: Who doesn't? :?:
