Anybody got some scoop or insight on the Panthers this year? Know we lost some great players but also have talent returning. Heard we may have a couple of transfers??? IDK. Schedule is same as last year, Westside and Powdersville will be tough. Southside Christian as well. Region is weak but we don't control that. Hopefully we will be in mix along with the usual good programs, Gray, OC, Saluda. Curious if any of the past great programs can return to prominence, like B-L, Pageland-Central, Bluff, Barnwell. Any insight on any other teams welcome. It's getting close to that time.
Graduated a lot of seniors last year…….graduated more players than many 2A teams have on entire roster. Still have some dynamic players returning though. Will be good at QB, and even though several great RBs graduated, there are several primed to step up. Can’t wait to see that big FB after another season in the weight room. Have some really good linemen returning too. Will need to see how much depth we have in the trenches. That is where the story of 2023 will be told.
