Could very well be Dub...but I would suspect he would be trolling others, not Region 2. No clue.

For me, the last time I checked, football was a year to year thing. Anyone who wanted to argue this kind of thing is wasting time. Historically, Region II has produced many champions. Year in and year out, winning Region II has been one of the toughest Regions to win. Several times, the Region Champion has lost the rematch in the playoffs, and at least three times in the past 12 years, that rematch has been the State Championship game and the Region Champion was NOT the State Champion! Anyone who doesn't want to acknowledge that Region II is a tough Region is not looking at the facts.

Also, there shouldn't be any doubt in anyone's mind that Dutch Fork has been a power since Knotts has been the Head Coach (all you folks that want to start with the "recruiting" comments, don't waste my time). First of all, unless you have proof of him recruiting, don't slander the man. Secondly, folks moving to the school is not recruiting. I would move to a school district for my children in a heartbeat if I could manage. If I had a great baseball player, I would have moved to Landrum or Chesnee back in the day. I don't blame folks for moving to Spartanburg County schools, or to Dutch Fork. This season, Dutch Fork ran the table on Spartanburg, Dorman and Gaffney. Could they do it every year? No, that was proven last year, Gaffney beat them. There is nothing to argue there.

Don't know who it is, but the man has a point. I don't think anybody thought that DF would just run roughshod over Region 2. The games weren't really competitive. At least Dorman and Gaffney hung on by their fingernails for a while. But Spartanburg game looked like DF had scrimmaged a middle school team. Maybe DF should have stopped by the Gaffney trophy case on the way out of town and taken home the Region 2 trophy for this year. They earned it.
One thing is for sure…J.Greene is better than James Madison..no offense to JM they have a great program and great school..but he needs to be on a Power 5 roster..definitely the different maker in the Gaffney game..

I don’t know about the trophy..I mean you didn’t play BS or Byrnes …something to brag about for you guys ? Why yes..

Unless you lose the one that counts most..
I want to know the same thing. I wonder if it's his size? Speed? Grades? I don't understand why the two major in-state schools aren't knocking down his door.

Grades are good....JMU is a good school academically. I think it is the camp circuit...all of those things you mentioned...speed is good not great, but he has "game speed". Size...he is about 190...not huge. Those evaluations don't get to see him drag three or four tacklers or stiff arm a LB into the turf. His stiff arm is an artform. Hopefully, a P5 school will come knocking soon.

DF is absolutely best team in the state and don't seeing them falling off anytime soon!
Dutch Fork JV Football Schedule...JV 8-0 offense scored over 340 pts defense only allowed 7!
