But they are responsible for much more. Schemes that work, calling the right plays for the situation, getting participation, developing the kids, assembling the right assistants, getting support, motivation. The list is very long. If a coach isn't important why have them and pay them well? Especially at the next levels. It matters and it matters a lot. I'm very familiar with the area. As my business is residential property in the upstate.
