1A Region Breakdowns
1A-1
Christ Church Episcopal at Southside Christian for the 1A Region 1 Title.
The loser will finish in 2nd place.
St. Joseph's Catholic at McCormick has 3rd place implications. A St. Joseph’s win would give the Knights 3rd place in region.
Dixie needs a win over Calhoun Falls this week to improve its chances at 4th place.
Ware Shoals is eliminated from playoff contention.

1A-3
McBee at Lewisville will determine the region champion.
The Loser will be 2nd place.
C.A. Johnson and Whitmire will be playing for 3rd place in region.
The loser will be 4th place.
Great Falls is eliminated.

1A-4
We may need the tiebreakers for this one.
Blackville-Hilda finished the regular season at 5-1 in the region.
Hunter-Kinard-Tyler and Calhoun County can tie Blackville-Hilda for the top spot if they each win their final regular season game.
Hunter-Kinard Tyler is a heavy favorite as they travel to Ridge Spring-Monetta.
Calhoun County has a much tougher task as they take on Wagener-Salley.
Denmark-Olar takes on Williston-Elko in week 10. Williston-Elko needs a win to have any chance of making the playoffs.

1A-5
Johnsonville is the region champion.
East Clarendon is locked in 2nd place with wins over Carvers Bay and Hemingway.
Carvers Bay has the week off and will finish in the 3rd spot.
Hemingway will finish 4th regardless of their outcome with Johnsonville.
Scott’s Branch is locked into the 5th position and out of the playoffs.

1A-6
Lamar has it all wrapped up in 1A Region 6.
Latta is locked into the 2nd position with wins over Hannah-Pamplico and Lake View.
Lake View is playing Hannah-Pamplico in a game that will determine 3rd place.
Green Sea-Floyds will be 5th and miss the playoffs.

1A-7
Whale Branch plays Bamberg-Ehrhardt in a game that will determine 1st place.
The loser will finish in 2nd place.
Allendale-Fairfax will finish in 3rd place.
Branchville at Bethune-Bowman will determine the 4th and final playoff spot.

1A-8
Cross is the 1A Region 8 champion regardless of their outcome with Burke in Week 10.
Baptist Hill needs a win over St. John’s to control 2nd place.
Military Magnet is in the playoffs and is awaiting the outcome of the St. John’s vs. Baptist Hill game.
St. John’s could force a 3-way tie with a win over Baptist Hill.
Burke will not make the playoffs.
