GOOSE CREEK 27 BEAUFORT 12 FINAL 9/13/2024

Goose Creek beat Beaufort in a pretty good hard-fought game 27-12. Even though Beaufort was missing some key players with injuries, I thought that My Eagles put up a great fight in this game. Goose Creek has a very good team. I am impressed with the Gator's QB. He is a good one. Good luck to Goose Creek in their remaining games!!!!

Beaufort did have their chances in this game. But the Beaufort Defense gave up too many big plays to Goose Creek. I think the Gators had over 300 yards of total offense in this game. But Beaufort's Offense led by back-up QB Caleb Stephan tried to keep the Eagles in this game with over 300 total yards on their own. I thought Stephan did a pretty good job leading The Eagle's Offense in this game. Isaac Smalls and Elias Johnson had good games running the football for Beaufort. Also WR Eric Smart had a good game for Beaufort catching the Football with a TD.

Even though Beaufort dropped to 0-4 on the season, I was proud of The Eagles for not turning over the ball that much in this game and playing tough. Hopefully, this tough early season schedule with 3 5A Teams will help Beaufort in their Region Games coming up in a few weeks. Hopefully, Beaufort's Injured Players will be able to return soon.

I was disappointed with Beaufort's Crowd at this game! Where was everyone? I know that Beaufort had a 0-3 record before this game, but the Eagle Fans still need to come out and support this team. I hope to see a Huge Crowd at Beaufort's next Home Game in a few weeks and hopefully see a Huge Crowd at Battery Creek next Friday Night.

It was great seeing Don and Underdog from Goose Creek at the game!!!! They are great guys to talk to!!!! It was great talking to Marcus Walsh from WHHI TV Also at the game.

Hopefully, I will get to see My Beaufort Eagles get their 1st win of the season next week!!!!
