GoBigGreen, like his Summerville Green Wave, got the year off to a good start winning the Week Zero Pick 'em on the second tie breaker over Cityslicker. EHSMeanGreen and ByrnesRebels05 also tied, but were eliminated on the first tiebreaker.

Same rules as last week, just copy and paste, or use the QUOTE button, then eliminate the teams that will lose and the -vs- leaving only the winning team. Tiebreaker will start at the top and work down until the tie is broken.

Last week, I put up a bag of home made Beef Jerky to the winner { I'll take care of getting that to GoBigGreen } and we are looking for someone to step up with a donation for this week's winner. Any of you guys can step up, but for any of you with a small business, this could be a good way to get some publicity....

I could not have achieved this without the help of so many others. I would like to start off by thanking my parents for allowing me to attend Summerville games as a young child from about the age of 6. Secondly, I would like to thank the winningest coach in the history of football, Coach John McKissick, for his years of dedication which led to so many young men supporting the Summerville tradition. Football was and is alive and well in Summerville. That enthusiasm caused a young boy such as myself to become hooked on Summerville Greenwave football. Last but certainly not least I would like to thank my wife for putting up with my addiction in the fall. She truly is an angel. Through years of attendance on Friday nights, I have acquired a gift for predicting outcomes of such games. I almost feel bad accepting the prize for winning but who could pass up on some home cooked jerky from R74! Certainly not me.

As the Week 0 winner, I would be happy to donate a gift for a weekly winner, but am not really sure what I could donate. Does anyone have some ideas on gifts to help the rest of us out?

If it's a local, you could always pick up the tab at the pregame meal.... and we know where that will be!
