4a region predictions

I’m only familiar with the upstate…. Feel free to comment the rest of the regions, I only know region 1&2

Region 1
1.Greenville
2. Greenwood
3.Westside
4.Easley
5.Pickens
6.Berea
I think Gville will win it, but Gwood has some talent coming up so it’ll be a toss between them and westside

Region 2 ( prob the weakest region in the state)
1. Greer
2. Lauren’s
3.Eastside ( I heard they’re returning a lot)
4. Wade Hampton
5. Riverside
4 and 5 could go either way, both losing stars on offense but are returning a good bit on defense. I think Greer will be better, could also See Lauren’s fall down below 3, they had a lot of coaching Changes so who knows. Good possibility no team has a winning record in this region AGAIN

Region 1 I think will be competitive for the playoff spots. Westside and Easley have their young talented QBs returning along with multiple starters. The QB battle at Greenville should be interesting with the transfer from Gray.

Region 2 is just sad. My Lions get to play Greer and Riverside and we were supposed to scrimmage Eastside but those plans changed so I won’t get to see how they’re looking. The chances of the region champ having a losing record is very high.

This one is like Region 2 in 5A with several teams that could be considered "the favorite" to win it all and the #3 and #4 seeds could win a game in the Playoffs.

This one is a total opposite of Region 1 with most of the teams likely a non-winning record and the #1 and #2 seeds could an underdog AT HOME in week one of the Playoffs.

The always suspect Region 2. It has been altered a couple times over the years through realignment but now back to the status of the old Peach Blossom of 3A days. It was always Union/Greer and nothing else. But now it is worse. Lauren’s doesn’t seem to have much going. Greer is still good, but seems to be a far cry from what Greer used to be. One can throw a blanket over Eastside, WH, and Riverside. Three typical Greenville County football programs that don’t threaten anybody of relevance.
