What is the story with Lucy Becham? They have not posted yet

Lots of movement this year and surely more to come since only 6 of 23 have been filled so far. A fair number of the 17 remaining will be filled from within the state, that in turn, will cause more openings.

I have no insider info, I'm just a fan. But the later re-alignment cycle may have ADs and administrators preoccupied.

Alternate theory: They don't want to pay a new coach until next semester.

You'll start seeing a lot of movement within the next week or two I would imagine. Some of the jobs I've been following have either offered and are waiting on a response from the coach, or they are interviewing this week for the very late ones. Of course those like Green Sea have just started the process.
