Re: REGION ONE CHAMP WILL BE....
I believe that Hillcrest has served notice that they will be a team to be reckoned with.
Greenwood is obviously still the favorite with Hillcrest and Laurens looking to compete.
I realize that Laurens is (1-2) but BHP and Spartanburg are quality teams.
Big Region Game on 9/27, Greenwood at Hillcrest
How about Woodmont? 2-1!![Shocked ](./images/smilies/icon_eek.gif)

In the first projections, I actually had Hillcrest as #2 in Region One..EHSMeanGreen wrote:I believe that Hillcrest has served notice that they will be a team to be reckoned with.

Well, somebody in that region HAS to get those 2nd, 3rd and 4th automatic playoff berths and earn their "bus-ride of despair" in the first round of the playoffs.Rebel-Fan-74 wrote:.... In the first projections, I actually had Hillcrest as #2 in Region One..

Re: REGION ONE CHAMP WILL BE....
I think Greenwood runs away with this region. The only team I see competing with them is Hillcrest at this time. I think that region 1 is down all around this year talent wise but the season is still young and who knows what will happen as the season plays out
Re: REGION ONE CHAMP WILL BE....
Ok, obviously we need to re address this question. To their credit some folks did bring Hillcrest into the discussion prior to their convincing win over Greenwood. Someone also mentioned Woodmont's record too. Does that mean we shouldn't count them out either?
Hmmm, I guess now we should hear arguments for why Hillcrest won't run away with the #1 spot this year in that region.

Maybe not. Never underestimate a surprising, hot team's ability to choke.Rebel-Fan-74 wrote:Maybe I undersold them...Rebel-Fan-74 wrote:In the first projections, I actually had Hillcrest as #2 in Region One..
