Again, these can and will change, there are several changes from last week....
Don't get upset if I show your team lower seeded than you think, but tell me why you think they will be higher than I show them. I may have moved them down just to provoke a response from you! Now on to the projections...
FOR THESE PROJECTIONS, HERE ARE THE REGION CHAMPIONS I'M PROJECTING THIS WEEK:
Greenwood
Byrnes
Northwestern
Spring Valley
Dutch Fork
South Florence
Goose Creek
Fort Dorchester
Only schools from "BIG SIXTEEN" that don't make the playoffs are:
Wando
Clover
Carolina Forest
DIVISION ONE
1 Byrnes
16 Ashley Ridge
8 Dorman
9 Lexington
4 Spring Valley
13 White Knoll
5 Hillcrest
12 West Ashley
2 Fort Dorchester
15 Rock Hill
7 Sumter
10 Boiling Springs
3 Dutch Fork
14 Gaffney
6 Summerville
11 Mauldin
DIVISION TWO
1 Goose Creek
16 T L Hanna
8 North Augusta
9 Blythewood
4 South Florence
13 West Florence
5 Stratford
12 Nation Ford
2 Northwestern
15 Laurens
7 York
10 Beaufort
3 Greenwood
14 Ridge View
6 Spartanburg
11 South Pointe
That would give us some interesting first round games with potential for some good second round games as well....
Spartanburg in Division Two, South Pointe rematch with potential Greenwood rematch in round two.
Gaffney-Dutch Fork rematch on the Division One Title Game from last season.
South-vs-West 2.0 in Florence for the first round...
Byrnes-Dorman potential second round rematch.
But again, this is real early, so take it as it is meant, just something to spark footall talk.

So, a NW vs Spartanburg matchup in the playoffs. Sparty will have a coronary trying to convince folks that Spartanburg is better than NW because of how the PRE-SEASON SCRIMMAGE went. ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

No doubt about that Mr. Plum.
A Dorman/Lexington matchup gives me mixed feelings. If I'm not mistaken we are 8-0 against Lexington including a state championship. Would love to make it 9-0 but you gotta believe that school wants to beat us really bad even though there isn't a player on that team that has every played a Dorman game.
Dutch Fork could have beaten Gaffney last year except for some ill advised pass plays while they were running the ball well against them.

...and in this scenario Gaffney would be visiting Dutch Fork. I think my money would be on the Silver Foxes.DeCav wrote:Dutch Fork could have beaten Gaffney last year except for some ill advised pass plays while they were running the ball well against them.

How could you possibly not have RNE winning our region? We are sandbagging. We're losing all our games on purpose to make people think we're no good. We've disguised it so well that heck, even i'm convinced. ![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)
