I stopped buying season tickets when Muschamp was hired, and haven't been to a game since he arrived in town. I'm glad the Muschamp error is over. I just might be sitting in Williams-Brice Saturday night at 7:30.

I don't know why, but I like the idea of former Carolina Panther and current Campbell Head Coach Mike Minter being the next Gamecock Head Coach. His teams might not be the best, or have the best talent, but he gets them fired up and ready to play. I doubt his name is even on the radar of the powers that be, but there is something about him that makes me say "I would be happy if that guy was leading the Gamecocks".

I know we will end up with either some reject that gets fired elsewhere, or some rush hire because we see other schools getting a coach, but I would be extremely excited if Ray Tanner and Bob Caslen announced Minter was the next HC.
