Can anyone give the correct reason why! Have heard about 10 different things!
If it was based on players living in a different school zone this is absolutely why I feel the way I feel about private and charter schools!

Re: Ridge View appeal
An SCHSL executive committee meeting on Friday revealed that Richland 2, which is Ridge View’s school district, submitted their own findings to the league two days earlier that said the Blazers had played with ineligible players. According to testimony from a Richland 2 representative at Monday’s hearing, the district’s investigation began on Sept. 23. The findings prompted the sanctions and the appeals process.

It was revealed in Monday testimony that input from Blythewood High School leadership is what prompted the district investigation. Blythewood is a fellow Richland 2 school and one of Ridge View’s main rivals in athletics.

Re: Ridge View appeal
At WWW.SCHSL.ORG, they have video of the appeal and the issue is the "home" of an individual. They were detailing how the woman and her son lived at the address showing cable bills, light bills, etc. I didn't listen to the entire thing, but it appears that someone (Blythewood is mentioned) insists that at least one of the players doesn't live in the Ridge View attendance area and that they just provided a bogus address for enrollment purposes.likeitRnot wrote: ↑Mon Oct 31, 2022 2:53 pmCan anyone give the correct reason why! Re: Ridge View appeal
Kid lived in City A, got an address in Rich2 but never moved -- still had the School A address.
There's lots of examples of this in the past. You have to make a bonafide move:
-change apartment rentals agreements; end your lease and move out, then get another in the new school district attendance zone
-sell your house if you own, and then your can move
-and then there is the golden goose, file for legal separation from your spouse, gain custody, then get an apartment in the district you're trying to move your kid to.

"Blythewood". This is what BEF and I talked about Friday night at the game. Just like pigs, the SCHSL is incapable of doing their jobs. They have to wait on big-mouthed stool pigeons to do it for them. Pigs are incapable of deterring crime because 99.999% of it does not happen at the Donut Shoppe. Like the SCHSL, they are mostly only capable of responding to it long after the perps are gone. What a pitiful society that we live in whereby your friends and neighbors are out to cause trouble for you. Maybe you have a nicer home, fancier car, more beautiful wife, but for whatever sorry reason, they will try to sell you down the road to Barney and Andy.
The "Godfather" didn't whine like The "Slobfather" is doing, when he got INDICTED!!!!!
