Having seen both teams, I would almost rule this one a complete toss-up!
Both teams have tons of speed, as Newberry had a very hard time even getting
a first down on either team!
I'll eat my crow if I have to, but I'll say that the upper-state champion will be the
winner of this game.
BUNDLE UP!!!!!
Toss up got me intrigued. Everyone around town is ready for A Cold Friday Night at the Hite Let's Go Panthers
Miss the old Dutch Oven.... was surprised to see the Rough House added the ice cream.

Yes, I think the last time was there was 2017 the year y'all beat Saluda in the Upper State. Me and a buddy stopped to get some dogs at the Rough House and they had the ice cream box.... did they do away with pool room??? or just take some space... I can't remember.

Was sad to hear Hershberger died and the Dutch Oven was closing for good. That was an absolute must stop for lunch if you were in town. Y'all used to do pregame there if I remember right.

Sorry to be off topic and on the subject of food.... My son was making a road trip and the group routed their trip into Ga to make sure they made a lunch stop at Shealy's for some Q!!! A proud father moment....

Atown is small but we have some good football, and, some good food. Our Region was so weak, we just haven't had a real game in weeks. Hopefully we will be rested and chomping at the bit.

Yes they shutdown the inside dining during Covid but have since remodeled it's really really nice now. Shealy's is legendary around these parts.

The overall physical presence of the Panthers out shine the wide open spread attack. You can't throw consistently if you running for your life. Great Game Panthers to advance to the upper state playoff game. Very familiar opponent the Saluda Tigers. Humble, Healthy, and Hungry

I always paid attention to Fairfield Central Team since the legend Buddy Pough was the coach when I was in High School. This ATown team is the most healthy they been the entire season. Should be a Great one can't wait until Friday at Hite Stadium
Aville with little trouble.
