Way too early hot seats
Way too early hot seats
Just wondering who might be the coaches around the state with jobs on the line this season

Lol. I don't know if the number is that high, over 25% of FB HCs are new this year. I don't think the rest of them will be on the hot seat.

Forts interem coach will have to produce to keep that job. With new staff on the offensive side.
We shall see.
We shall see.

What I was saying, rather tongue in cheekly, was that RIGHT NOW, at 0-0 that many are on the hot seat. As they beginning to win a few games, that number begins to creep down. For example, this time last year, I heard folks saying that Coach Shaw had better win at least 8 games this year or he will be gone!!! I'm sure that happens all over the state!SF Band dad wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 8:10 pmLol. I don't know if the number is that high, over 25% of FB HCs are new this year. I would say that about 1/4 of the coaches could have a bad season and no one would be calling for their job.... I mean, I think Dutch Fork fans wouldn't scream if they went 0-10 this season.. they would think it was a crazy line up of the stars.
On the other hand, I would think that some coaches are on the HOT SEAT and can work their way off by winning a few more games than last season That is why the number is 25% by the end of the season.

Without significant improvement at either place one would think changes at Rock Hill and Fort Mill should occur.

Dubose might be, but Liner isn't. If you think so you aren't close to Greenwood football. I know for sure Liner isn't.
