Pelham is coming back home to DF in a couple seasons when TK retires … his blood runs silver and green.
Fear The Fox…
But does he really want to follow Knotts? He could win it all and folks would say “just think of what Knotts could have done with this team”. A place like Byrnes would be the perfect place to have his own dynasty

Greenwood might warm up if they don’t have a bounce back type season. I know Liner had a good first year there but ever since then it’s been a decline. That town still expects wins.

With Sosebee leading the helm Gaffney will win a few more state championships. From a pure neutral point of view it would be really entertaining to watch his offense with all the talent that Gaffney has.

What if Donnie got the head coaching job and they brought Sosebee over to run the offense for him that would be pretty interesting

I hate to say this in year two but if things don’t change quickly, especially offensively we’re staring down the barrel of 1-21. There’s some winnable games but at this point I have my doubts. It’s unfortunate cause coach is great in the weight room and he got numbers back up the first year. Every coach can’t be a head coach. Seen it many times. Great coordinators but can’t win as a head coach. I’ve been supporting but it’s not looking good. It doesn’t take 4 or 5 years to start winning games. To be a serious contender, yes but not win games. Great head coaches turn it around the first year and improve each year. Usually takes 3 years at least to be a state contender but after two years you know what you got. I do think he was given a raw deal last year by not being allowed to clean house which we needed. He got a few out last year and pretty much all the dead wood is now gone. I hope I’m wrong about the whole situation but I’m not feeling very optimistic at this point. Fingers crossed that the kids get a win this Friday against Cheraw.
