The SF vs Westside game was an upset. Westside was 3 scores better! SF just capitalized on some veryyyyyyyyyyy bad defense calls and plays ..lets just be honest! Two 4 & and long conversations for TD!
I can't argue with that. I checked the pick'em, it was 100% for Westside.

I was astounded at the 2 point conversion attempt. If you are going to put the ball in the air, and throw into traffic, why would you take the ball out of the hands of your D1, Shrine Bowl QB?
Don’t do the pick em, but I would have took SF like I did in the “I called it”..

Thanks to SC State for hosting the State Championships; - HOWEVER, all games need to be at Williams-Brice in Columbia on Friday and Saturday...
This is totally rediculous as it relates to time of games and logestics......The SC State Legisiature could easily allocate the funds to make this happen for just one weekend of the year....Heck, with our states basketball talent, they could do it for fthe CLA in Cola as well.......Gov. McMaster could easily make this happen ..... It is time for some real LEADERS (elected officials) to step up...

Can’t argue with Chuckster here. Maybe if we all talked to our reps in Columbia they would get there heads together and our money and it done for the future at Willy B.

I took South Florence, too, in the "I Called It," but wasn't paying attention when I copied/deleted in the "Pick 'Em." Derp.

As far as it being in Willy B, I distinctly remember Beamer saying that he wished it was held there. Maybe he can lean on the new AD and make it happen. I do know that Clemson offered their place up for free, but then that brings a travel imbalance into play. I guess USC is still funded by tax dollars so maybe the politicians in Columbia can make it happen, if they care. But they need to get it out of that dump of a stadium in Orangeburg

Dump!! Do you have something better? No you don't. Your team probably doesn't ever play in state championships so why do you care

Yes they did. Last year. And we all got to enjoy the bathrooms that obviously haven’t been touched since they were installed. Severely limited concessions. From what I understood, a press box without a working elevator. And even the pleasure of a shooting taking place on campus during the game. Meanwhile the kids in GA get to play in the dome, and the kids in NC play in an ACC level stadium.

Once again, do you have a better place to play? How about the dump your team plays in.

If they are not going to do it in Columbia, they should rotate between Furman, Coastal Carolina, Wofford, The Citadel and other schools.... Newberry, PC, etc. and give them some exposure.

2025
A, AA and AAA at Wofford
AAAA and AAAAA at Coastal

2026
A, AA and AAA at The Citadel
AAAA and AAAAA at Furman
.

All I know is I’ve been able to watch ALL the championship games from about 6 states for free on my tv, but the championships for my state are only online for a fee.

Makes no sense.
