1. Stall coach (Freeman) to West Ashley? Would be a solid hire
2. Lexington OC (Kegal) to become HFC? Former HC stepped down for admin position
3. White Knoll coach (Pelham) to Gaffney? Very likely I'm hearing
4. JL Mann coach (Watson) to Greenville? Has some close connections to that community.
5. West Florence coach (Jenerette) to Cpnway on a 1 year deal then becomes the HC in 26'.
6. Northwestern coach (Wofford) to Oceanside to become HFC. Has a connection to the lowcountry
7. South Florence coach to Sumter. Have heard this one for two years, heard that Sumter coach is headed for retirement and can't win the big ones.
8. Southside coach (Ravenel) headed to Aiken to take over. Has roots in the area and would be a good fit.
9. Former Gray Collegiate FB coach (Holmes) could be headed to Dorman.
10. Nation Ford coach (McManus) headed to Spring Valley.

8- Ravenal to Aiken makes sense
9- Dorman not making a change IMO...but i am not connected to that rumor at all!!
10- SV is a ???? who knows after what has happened last 3-4 years

1–Freeman would be a solid hire
2–Lexington has fallen off. Not sure why they would promote from within
3–We will see what Gaffney does. The two mentioned would be solid hires, but there is going to be pressure in Gaffney to give it to Littlejohn.
4–If Gville is going after Watson I guess they didn’t enjoy this past year without a new recruiting class and whatever difference makers they had left bolting for the transfer portal in the summer.
5–Don’t know about the Conway situation
6–Wofford seems to be happy at NW. He has had other opportunities and didn’t make a move
7–Is Barnes getting out for sure?
8–Trading one bad situation for another
9–Don’t see Dorman making a change. Especially in light of him bringing in some solid veteran assistants as of late
10–Don’t have a clue what SV may do. Not sure what happened with that program as it suddenly just went in the tank over the last 3-4 years

From what I hear about SV, the issue is that all the kids who are good football players go to Ridge View and Blythewood and the admin isn't willing to do what it takes to keep their kids there.

You are correct about SV, no admin support and they want to try to save every kid. Until that mindset changes that program will continue to be a bottom feeder while Ridge View and Blythewood continue to siphon off talent.

Why would they not look for a winner at say, a AAA or AAAA school, or maybe even a AAAAA coach that is currently having decent results in another area but has ties to the midlands?

From what I've seen, if they hire him, Gaffney may have to add on to the scoreboard so they can have a spot to list all the future State Titles!!!

IF and I have no idea what is going to happen here, but IF he does, what is the over/under number on kids in the transfer portal the next day?

I don't know about coaching, but I can tell you from personal experience.... RETIRED is the best job title I've ever had!
