Nobody in 3A is much of a challenge at the moment for Daniel. Upstate, maybe Chapman will recycle and be good again. Powdersville was a paper tiger. Maybe Chester.... One would think Clinton, Union and Woodruff would sort themselves out...but not yet.

Lower State may have a few teams that might be a little better but not many. Outside of Camden and Dillon...not really. Camden is the best recently and they are at least three TDs behind Daniel. Curious to see what Beaufort brings this season and LR...LR has potential to be good.

I just assumed the DWD HC would want to push them, but maybe not. Boosters are happy, students are happy, admin is happy...I guess you are right- sharp is relative.

Yea disappointing schedule as far as competition.
This should be a cake walk regular season and honestly Greer may be the only team to really compete. Hart county don’t know much about. I know Bhp tied them in a scrimmage last year for what that is worth.
I don’t see anyone in upstate 3a closing the gap but o would say that I expect powdersville and Clinton to battle for who we will square off with . Down in the lower I hope we it’s someone besides Camden and I think Beaufort probably fits the bill.
